Kentucky Colonel

A few weeks ago my good friend and business associate Sean Stafford asked me if I wanted a Kentucky flag. Of course with most things political things getting our flags proved to be a little more tedious than we anticipated with certain political offices giving us the run around while other just gave us a [...]

Jay Z – Brooklyn (Go Hard)

Brooklyn yall gotta stand up on this one.

Just a day and some change after posting a light hearted article about OJ Simpson’s fate I finally get to put up something relevant to hip hop. From the early looks of things ’09 might be the shit as far as hip hop. I think a good amount of people in the industry both local and nationwide are steppin up their spit game. I had the chance to kick it with my man T-Razor this afternoon. Before I was treated to one of the better college football games of the season; this years SEC Championship match-up between the Florida Gators and the Alabama Crimson Tide, I got to hear T-Razor spit some of the dopest shit ever… live in the living room. For all my local readers ya’ll might definitly wanna invest in his upcoming projects in January and May.

During the halftime spot we stopped and listened to this bad ass new Jay  track. I don’t know about you but I’m feeling like this will definitely be the hottest song of the first quarter of ’09. The new first quarter marketing scheme is a beast too. Why rush for those non guaranteed holiday dollars when you can just be the only person to drop before the last week of March. This Jay Z track might just have to be the best I’ve ever heard from him. That could either be saying a lot or a little. The last Jay Z track that just grab my attention by the collar from the very first time I heard it was “Jigga My Nigga.” This one right here is the second and I think it’s even better than “Jigga My Nigga.” If I were you I would stop reading right about now….. (stop reading) and listen if you haven’t already stopped reading!
