50 Cent Stopped Being Hot Four Years Ago

You know, it seems like year after year people give less of a fuck about 50 Cent and year after year he, for some reason, seems to think that he just gets hotter. Don’t get me wrong, we all know the dude has mounds of cash, we just can’t help but to not care about the garbage ass music he continues to put out. Get Rich Or Die Trying was a once in a lifetime feat for an artist like 50 Cent. We all know, as he should that he will never duplicate that success. His last album was pure shit water, the one before that was suspect, and that G-Unit effort from last summer was a fuckin joke.
What I just can’t seem to come to terms with is how he continues to think he can get on radio talk shit about everybody in the industry like he’s the big bad wolf. Truth is, nobody is scared of him anymore. Let him tell it, he probably thinks he killed Cam’s career but from my personal perspective “Curtis” was the jab that fucked 50 all the way up.
Now for some strange ass reason 50 continues to throw shots at Lil Wayne. On this interview he even goes as far as to say that Wayne is over saturating the market. If that’s how 50 feels then that makes him one dumb ass web 2.0 entrepreneur. Anyone on the net knows that people want their new shit daily. That’s what Wayne gives them and that’s why he flies high. Sure at some point Wayne’s fire will go out, but trust me it wont be because 50 decided that it was time.
50 goes on to talk about Wayne’s lack of consistency. Hmmm…. When you drop three albums and each of them declines in sales as well as quality does that spell consistency. From my calculations each of The Carters have successively outsold the last. If that’s not consistency then I don’t know what is. I think it really bothers 50 Cent that he’s not the hottest rapper on the planet anymore!
